Can these be removed and placed on another window again?

In my experience, once you stick it you cannot remove it. I stuck it on window and then tested it. I banged on the window to vibrate....nothing. So I want to return this item but can't get the damn thing off of the window now!

Will the alarm be triggered if the window is lifted up (open)?

Dear buyer. The alarm has a built-in vibration sensor that emits a 120 dB alarm when it feels vibration and lasts for 60 seconds. When the window is opened or closed, if the force is heavy, it will also give an alarm because it feels the vibration. But our alarm has a unique two-sensor sensitivity choice, high and low sensitivity. To prevent alarms caused by windy days or window closing, you can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor to be low sensitivity. Thank you!

where would be the best placement on a glass pane be please?

I placed mine in middle of 1st floor rear windows in plain site for someone to see before they throw the planter through the window. Most burglars gain entry in this way through rear 1st floor windows. I also placed two alarms on the bottom panes of my patio door so they would not obstruct my view. Since these alarms have small red blinker lights on them, they are hard not to see when approaching the doors and windows. We love these little guys.

Great items

They do work especially if I open the patio door and forget to turn it off! The flashing light is hopefully a deterrent and the sticker on the back that goes against st the wi down another warning. Highly recommended

Excellent Value and Quality!

Excellent. The batteries so far with it blinking 24/7 has lasted 4mths. I live the warning light and decal as would be thieves will be able to see you have glass break vibration from the outside so a great deterrent. When installing the batteries the alarm will sound and it is ver loud. I have a dog and it was so loud and high pitched that I had to go into another room and close the door to put in the batteries as it even hurt my ears. Just turn it off immediately after inserting batteries but you do want each to go off initially ti ensure it works.
