A little big but great feel
My sone went from running the 1600 and 3200 to the 400 and 800 this year. So using sprinter spikes took a little getting used to. But after a couple of runs he likes it. The 10 pins provide a great feel and he can feel the difference especially when accelerating. It was a little big (normally wears a 9.5 but this shoe was a little big) but he has narrow feet and so I am not sure if it is half a size worth bigger. Once his feet swelled up from wearing it and warming up he felt fine.

Get 1/2 size up just in case
A *60 - 200meter* spike shoe of this quality for this price definitely a cop. I wear a size 9 1/2, ordered a 10 and it fitted as expected. I love it
