Has anyone found out the weight capacity for this stand?

With a Flashpoint Xlor 600 and 47" Ocitbox, quite stable and can handle more weight. My combo is likely 8~10 pounds.

Is there way to mount led panel light that I use on top of my dslr ?

If your light is mounted on your camera by hot shoe then you'll need an adapter to mount on the threaded insert.

does the company sell the casters for this stand?

I measured the diameter and it was 2.875 inches or 73 mm. BnH didn't carry that size casters and I didn't find them on the Neewer site either.

Will this allow you to attach a boom, softbox (38"), and ad200?

I have a put a ad600 on the Stan indoors but I would not try this outdoors... ad200’s are smaller but i would still be careful when using them outdoors... the Stand is durable but a bit small as I am going to buy the next size up... hope that this helps... also I think that this stand will be fine for your use indoors...
