I love this product. I definitely saw results within the first week of use. That being said, I am 30 with one toddler and am finishing my PhD. With utmost respect, I may or may not have as many wrinkles to fight or dark circle contributing factors in my life, as others. However, I have had puffy eyes, especially for the first several hours of the morning, for as long as I can remember. I notice a significant decrease in the initial puffiness of my eyes in the morning, and have seen the swelling go completely down within the first hour or two of the day.Though I don't think my dark circles are too bad, I definitely have some and they are most heavily affected by stress, even moreso than they are affected by sleep or lack thereof. Since I have varying symptoms in this category, I can't tell whether or not this helps with my dark circles. However, I definitely notice that the delicate skin around my eyes is brighter when I use this regularly.There is a tingling sensation when applying this product. Be careful to not to use too much, and do NOT use this before the gym or prior to a period where you expect to sweat. It definitely burns the eyes, so I recommend being aware of not rubbing the eyes for at least 30 minutes after application. (That might seem like obvious advice, but I have used other eye products in the past, that did not hurt when it got in my eyes.)

First and foremost, I have to say that I LOVE the practical design of this bottle. The dispenser WORKS PERFECTLY and smoothly depositing the perfect amount of cream that I want and it's sooooo easy. Also, a pump keeps the cream fresh as it's not exposed to air. As a designer, I can't stop raving about it. So often you get a quality product with bad packaging so that ruins your experience of the product itself. Aside from practicality, the visual side of it is clean, simple and understated. Love it.I did a fair bit of research before buying this eye cream to replace the organic one I had which had ran out. The cream itself has a lovely texture (with no overpowering scent that I can detect) that melts well into my eyes. I don't have any dark circles, wrinkles etc so I can't say much on that front but I like that I'm using a high quality product and protecting myself from chemical nasties a lot of other companies use.

This eye cream is very soothing to use. No stinging or burning, as I've experienced with other creams. Just a pleasant cooling sensation of the eye area, and it does help with puffiness to some degree. Not as much or as quickly as I'd like it to work on the puffiness, hence the 4 star rating from me.However, that being said, it is very good at keeping the delicate skin around the eye hydrated throughout the day! And it does so without a heavy or greasy feeling. The smell is light & pleasant, and the texture of the cream is light and very easy to apply...not too thick, so it doesn't feel like you're dragging it across your skin like some other "creams" make you feel. And not so light that you feel you need to reapply it periodically throughout the day. It has "staying power".A little cream goes a long way, so this bottle will last a good long while. Good product at a great price. I would recommend it to my friends and would purchase it again.

I can't live without my eye cream but every once I awhile I like to try different brands. This works good. I migh.t order again for the price. It lasted me a long time. I use everyday day and night and it's been three month and I stay have more use in it!!

I have an autoimmune disorder that makes me hypersensitive to a lot of ingredients commonly found in most cosmetics and skin care products. My eyes are so easily irritated, that the swelling, tearing and blurring of vision leave me nearly blinded. I have searched and searched to find a replacement for my previously favorite high-end eye cream, and finally found it in Poppy Austin's Best Eye Cream! I have experienced NO irritation what so ever, and it feels heavenly! I don't really have any wrinkles or fine lines (yet) so I don't know how the product works in that regard, but it does leave the skin around my eyes moisturize and soft. I have been using it faithfully, twice a day, for 3 weeks now and I have to say, this will remain part of daily skin routine from now on!
