Thermos Stainless Steel King Travel Tumbler, 2-Pack Blue and Silver

The Thermos Travel Tumbler is exactly what it claims: keeps beverages hot for hours. But like all metal products which are heat sinks, I find it best to run hot tap water in it first -- particularly since I add a chilled shot of concentrated Toddy process coffee which I keep in the fridge. Using a Keurig, I put plain hot water in a mug with the shot, nuke it for 24 seconds, and after dumping out the hot tap water in my tumbler, immediately pour the microwaved brew into the tumbler, seal it, and I am good to go. Coffee stays hot for a few hours, which is better than other tumblers. In colder weather however, a 16 oz. Thermos works best. Although most all such products are made in China, Thermos has kept the quality high. Well worth your consideration for purchase.

i am very disappointed with my purchase. i specifically bought Thermos brand because it keeps your hot drinks hot. i bought this 6 months ago and the lid quit working. coffee was leaking all over and i discovered the seal no longer held. i tried to push it back in securing all the silicone rims and it would not take. now i have a thermos with no functioning lid. you can’t buy a replacement lid because i’ve looked. very disappointed in the poor craftsman ship by thus brand. and i’m out of a thermos now. don’t buy the cheaply made thermos with the plastic lids. waste of money

My boss raved about his so I bought my first one in 2014. Still using it. I’ve bought 6 more and use them every single day.

I really like this Thermos travel mug. It keeps the beverage warm for hours. I can only say one thing that could be a problem. The OPEN and CLOSE imprints on the lid are becoming fainter after each wash. Could be a problem in the future since I won't know if I have selected OPEN or CLOSE.

I am amazed these simple cups keep your hot liquids (coffee for me) hot for more than 2 hours. They also keep ice cubes frozen. Very good product. Make sure you disassemble lid when you clean it if you have had coffee with milk or something else that can leave a bad taste. A simple quarter turn on the plastic nut does the trick and its simple to clean and reassemble.

This my 2nd 16 0z Thermos travel mug. The first thermos (Red) which is 7 years old and still works fine. The cosmetics paint chipped, dented and open and close lettering on top of the is worn off. The 7 year old thermos 16 oz mug still seals great I use it everyday and toss it around in my bag. I ordered the sliver travel mug hoping the paint will not chip as easy. Cleaning the lid is a bit cumbersome taking everything apart including rubber seals. I recommend cleaning the lid properly to prevent mold and old coffee residue from ruining the taste of fresh coffee. Two Kcups with Kcup maker set for 8 ounces each will still leave room for cream and sugar in mug. You can still tighten lid with out coffee over flowing orLeave lid in open position. Keeps coffee hot despite it being below freezing outside.

We got these after seeing them at our son's house. They are great for travel keeps our coffee very hot and our cold drinks very cold. Ice lasts a long time. These colors are beautiful and we are so glad we got these. Use them every day.

I have used these for years and love them. I make my coffee at 5 am and at 10 am it’s still hot. I have dropped them often and decided it was time to replace them. The fact that you could get two for just slightly more than what you would pay for one anywhere else made it an easy choice.

El café se mantiene super caliente hasta el último trago usando el open y close de la tapadera.
