Is it vegan?

Thanks for reaching out - We know some of our consumers are looking for vegan products, and we are exploring routes to offer vegan-accredited Dove products to meet this demand! Our products may or may not contain animal by-products, depending on what ingredient source was available at the time of manufacture. The ingredients may be derived from a variety of vegetable sources, such as coconut or palm kernel oil, or animal sources, typically beef or pork. We always recommend that you read our on-pack ingredient labels for the most up-to-date information, as formulations may change.

Is the fragrance used phthalate free?

Here at Dove we don't use Diethyl phthalate (DEP), which is used to mix fragrance ingredients. Instead, we use other approaches to bring together fragrance ingredients. Formulations are subject to change, please make sure to read the entire ingredient list prior to use. If a phthalate is used, it will be listed.
