Can one patch be used several times?

Not really. They activate when you put them on and are only warm for a set period of time. Once that time has passed, they really can't be reused.

Does the adhesive contain latex?

I’ve never had a problem but check the box and it should state ingredients in patch. It’s sold over the counter so look for it in any drug store, Walmart or Target

There are no measurements on the box but they will fit around elbow, ankle and shoulder. They are a good ize but not huge.
