Missing pieces
Says it comes with tubing and on the package it says it's supposed to have the tubing, but it was not included. Now I have to spend more money on tubing so I can use it and with the virus everything takes 2 weeks to get to you. That sucks. Why don't people check products before packaging them?

Missing main part
Ordered this because I needed both the humidifier cup AND the tubing and connector. Other listings had only 1 or other not both. But I did not get the tubing and although I have plain tubes if you dont have the little black screw cap at the end of the tubing then you cant connect it to a tank or concentrator. So item is unusable. Tubes are easy but screw caps that have to screw into the exact cup I am buying and per description are included are the whole reason I was buying the unit.
