Robinson The Low-Carb, Healthy Fat Bible

Very interesting book. As a diabetic it provides some interesting information which i am having my registered dietician daugjter in law consider if it is apropos for me to use. It was hard to find books on Low Carb Healthy Fat diets and this fit the bill. Wanted hard copy as oppsed to ebook.

Some good recipes but not enough included. Too much information included about LCHF. Tim Noakes, in my view is the go to person to learn more about LCHF.

Changed the way I eat! I stopped using the microwave and lost a stone in two months. If you have the determination to feed yourself properly this is a great place to start.

I was disappointed with the book. It doesn't say anything new. It's basically a high protein diet and therefore expensive. It has gone to the charity shop.

Great recipes, loved it!
