Pads are filled with herbs
So once you've had them on the bottom of your feet all night, you wake up and see a damp pad.It doesn't let you know if any toxins have been released from Your body at all... you just have damp herbs in the pad.I never felt any different using these, so for me, I wouldn't purchase them again.
