65 lb lab. XXXL bately fit. When he moved the velcro came undone. Costumes for big dogs seems to be a pipe dream

We got an XXL and our dog is a big golden doodle (Golden retriever/standard poodle mix) 90 lb. it was a little too large for him but we made it work.
