Good replacement battery for y740. The wire is a bit long but not an issue for me.

This pack included all of the tools that I needed to replace the battery in my Lenovo Legion laptop. I was able to install the battery easily, and it has been working well for a month. It also included some instructions and guidelines for maintaining battery longevity. This should help me get more use out of it and last many more years.

The battery cable is too short, by about 1/4 inch. It's impossible to connect it to the laptop and so it's unuseable. Not happy at all.

Work Great, Good Quality

The product was well packaged ... Now the bad. As shown in the images the original Lenovo battery L17M3PG2 has a longer cable it's only a quarter inch or so but that means when properly secured you cannot connect the batter for the Lenovo Legion Y540-17IRH. I guess I will try to find another one. Oh joy. Edit: Customer service reached out and were polite. They offered a refund which was already in process by Amazon. I just wish this had fit since it was same volts and mah as original battery. Oh well. I did update to 2 stars. Small suggestion would be for the length to be measured for the cable and have that shown on images so customers can compare properly. Another note I believe my laptop is the 2019 legion y540-17irh which apparently is the reason the length might be wrong.

The product started out as a defective product. The company reached out to me and corrected the issue without any hassle or grief. This was the easiest return and replacement I have ever experienced. My house has 5 laptops, and I will be looking to this company first when I replace their batteries.

Installed it in February, excellent performance so far. Provides a steady 1:30 to 2:00 hours of work time. It's a good replacement battery but take into consideration replacing it every year or two.

Wires are too short. by about a half an inch. The listing needs to be changed. The product quality and delivery were decent.
