I absolutely love REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolytes! After trying several electrolyte drinks over the years, this one stands out because of the clean ingredients and amazing effectiveness. There’s no junk, no artificial sweeteners, and you can actually taste the difference compared to other brands. I started using it for hydration during my intermittent fasts and now first thing in the morning, and it makes a noticeable difference in how I feel throughout the day. I have more energy, fewer headaches, and it really helps prevent that sluggish, dehydrated feeling. Another huge plus is that it contains real Redmond salt, which provides a great balance of electrolytes without being overly salty or sugary. Several flavors to choose from, however my personal favorite is pina colada So yummy and refreshing!! If you’re looking for a high-quality electrolyte drink that actually supports hydration and overall wellness, this is it. I highly recommend and will definitely keep repurchasing!

We love Redmond relyte! It’s so much better than other hydration brands out there because they are more transparent on ingridients! Plus, it doesn’t have the added/hidden sugars! It dissolves great and I don’t even use a shaker cup most of the time, just a regular water bottle. Its flavor is salty, but can be adjusted with extra water if you prefer. I have used it for long endurance runs and rucks, and feel it’s very effective at keeping me hydrated. I feel the price is on par with other brands, except you’ll get more bang for your buck here with their exceptional ingredients!

I have POTS, and staying salty is essential for my daily functioning. I’ve tried LMNT and several other electrolyte brands, but Redmond Re-Lyte is the only one I actually feel better on. It gives me the sodium I need without all the added sugar, sweeteners, or the excessive potassium that many mixes include. For people with POTS, too much potassium can actually make symptoms worse or throw off our electrolyte balance, this keeps things simple and clean. The taste is smooth, it dissolves well, and it genuinely helps reduce my dizziness and fatigue. No crashes, no weird aftertaste, no junk ingredients, just the right balance. If you need electrolytes for POTS or hydration support, this is hands-down better than LMNT or other brands. Highly recommend.

I drink this every single day, and it's become part of my daily routine. The Piña Colada flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and I love that it has no added sugar. This is absolutely my favorite electrolyte powder mix. I think the ingredients are better than some, it mixes really well, and scooping from a larger container really cuts down on unnecessary waste. 95% of the time, I mix my water at home! Also, the reduction in packaging allows it to be a great value per serving. I don't get cramps, I feel fantastic, and I keep buying it because it is truly a top notch product. I do dilute it a little more than the package instructions because that is my preference.

My husband, 4 kids, and I all love this powder! It relieves my headaches after a day outside (!!) and is more of a pick-me-up than coffee! We tried the variety pack first, to decide our group faves and rotate between pina colada and strawberry lemonade. We travel with it and recommend it to friends regularly! Tastes a bit bitter at first, but you adjust to the taste quickly, imo. I put a full scoop in my 40oz cup with a couple ice cubes and stir with a fork. Easy. Mixes well, too. Price is a bit high, but I'm sure their costs are high, too. We will continue to be repeat customers!

I have POTS and rely on electrolyte drinks. Many reviews stated this blends very well and the flavor is excellent. I don't find that it blends well at all. In fact, it settles out in under a minute after shaking it. Flavor is weak. Doesn't settle well on the stomach. I like that this comes in a bulk form where I can get an entire canister and scoop it myself instead of using individual packets. Saltt is better IMO.

This is so good. And works very well. I work out in the heat as a beekeeper. I had the berry and now this one and both were really good. I like that it is sugar free since I have diabetes. It is really good value for the money too.

Löst sich gut auf, schmeckt nicht zu salzig! Obwohl eine gute Ladung Natrium drin ist. Gut für PoTs!

It’s awesome- but one thing holds me back from giving 5 stars. Too much sweetener!! I’d rather they use like, 10-15g of actual sugar per serving over the massive amount of stevia they’re using. I find it too sweet- even though there isn’t real sugar in it. I’m probably an outlier here though. Besides that it’s great, perfect balance of the right electrolytes and the pina colada flavour is awesome. Just wish they’d use less sweetener or add a little bit of real sugar in.
