Short defective charging cord
I bought the charging cord 2 months ago. It is passed the return window timeframe of course & the power supply cord does not charge my laptop anymore. Also be warned it’s a fairly short cord so it’s very inconvenient to use.

Works Very Well
This charging cord is a very satisfactory replacement for my Dell Inspiron 5755 17" laptop. This is the second replacement charger I've had to buy. I can already see that this charger tip fits the receptacle in the laptop better than the previous replacement, although it is still not a PERFECT fit, it stays put, but is a little bit more loose than I would like. The AC adapter only gets a little warm while charging which is a big difference from the last charging unit I had, that got noticeably heated while in use. I also recently replaced the battery in this laptop, and from zero charge to full charge using the new charger is approximately an hour while laptop is not in use. I'm perfectly happy and satisfied with that performance. The length is about 9', which is perfectly sufficient for my needs. The cable feels thick and sturdy and made well. For the price, this was an excellent investment in a replacement charging cable and if I would happen to experience any trouble, it came with a 365 day warranty and 24/7 service. I will update this review should I need to deal with service or warranty issues.

INCORRECT AMPERES; WILL BREAK A VOSTRO 15 3000
This adapter worked for a bit, but the amp amount is INCORRECT for a Dell VOSTRO 15 3000(needs to be at 9.23 amps) and it fried the power jack in my computer and I can’t charge it and have to get it repaired. Again: DO NOT PURCHASE, YOUR COMPUTER WILL BREAK.

Only worked for a day
Worked for a day then wouldn’t stay in the jack- just fell right out
