I get 'silent' migraine which looks like zig-zags or cut glass, but goes off in 15 minutes. Taking these (1 a day) has reduced this problem, such that I can't remember the last time. No side effects noted.I think these are a worthwhile summer supplement.

I’m finding these tablets very effective in helping me get to sleep (and get back to sleep if I have to get up in the night). I take them 2 hours before bed time to give them time to take effect and they’re now part of my pre-sleep routine. The tablets are a bit large but I break them in half to make it easier to take them. Definitely recommend them.

Smallish round tablets so easy enough to swallow. Very good value for money compared to some. Far too early to review properly and as I've cut way back on sugar intake too o it's not the only thing I'm doing to improve my health. I have IBS so don't get nutrients naturally in my food and this is a good alternative. I check info on the NHS web site and it's a good guide to what I need.
