Why is the suction getting weaker?

This is a normal condition and not due to leakage or a defect. As the oil level rises, vacuum decreases. Keep oil below the MAX line. If not, pump 1–2 times every 30 seconds for manual use, or ensure sufficient airflow for pneumatic use.

Why couldn’t it extract any oil, not even a drop?

When the hose tip is pressed against the bottom of the oil pan, a vacuum blockage can occur. Please pull the hose up about 1/4 inch (6–7 mm), and the oil will begin to flow.
