True Quality You Can Feel
A friend told me these are “exactly the same” as much cheaper AliExpress versions, just without the Villeroy & Boch name on the bottom. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The difference is huge. These mugs are beautifully balanced, noticeably lighter, and incredibly comfortable to hold. Good product, horrible packaging
For a decent brand, the packaging was unbelievably shoddy. This is how the cups came in. No “fragile” indicator. No cushion for the cups. It’s a miracle the cups came unbroken. Very disappointed.
