Lindy USB Port Blocker - Pack of 4, Pink (40450)

In this day and age computer security can be a problem these little devices work wonders. It doesn't take much to put them in but, without the handy dandy removal tool you almost have to wreck the USB port to get it out. Well worth the money spent to secure office computers.

Easy to use and remove, does the trick for port blocking. Make sure on reorder that you get the proper color inserts to go with the included tool, though. Note that these are in no way "high security" locks, but will prevent casual (and up to semi-determined) access to USB ports. Tool is pretty cool.

A specific situation occurred at our office where we needed to provide a computer to an outside auditor as a "look only" device. Basically, they would come in our office, sit down at this computer and open Excel to look at a few spreadsheets we had preloaded. Management wanted a computer that could not leave, nor could the auditor easily take the spreadsheets with them. To protect our serial port, we also purchased the Mobile Edge MEALK1 Securicable Key Lock from Amazon. Let me say up front that these are not LOCKS, but BLOCKERS, as they are so named. Once they are inserted, they CAN be removed with two small screwdrivers. It takes a little patience, but it can be done. The "key" is really only to facilitate you removing the bits from the USB ports. You can install them with your fingers, simply by pushing them into the USB ports. I recommend you use your fingernail to really make sure they are in as far as they can go. This might make it a little harder for someone to remove without the key, but not impossible. The blocker installer key and four included bits seem to be made from quality components, and we are happy with our purchase.

Got this to keep the Kia Boys from stealing my car with the TikTok hack. Goes in easy. Doesn't come out without the included key. I tried to pry it out with a knife blade but could not.

Si era lo indicado.

Very good quality and also fast delivery.

Had my doubts about this but as soon as I got it and used it on blocking my iMac usb ports it worked like a charm. Highly recommended this for Apple Pcs.

Used this before. Works as usual.

Excellent quality and on-time delivery.

Sinceramente? Soldi buttati.
