Feels solid, looks great.
I'd seen some other reviews mentioning that it's awkward to handle because it's bottom-heavy; it's not too bad, but regardless that should be expected because of the shape. There is more room for liquid in the bottom half of the mug, so it will certainly be bottom-heavy.The handle is nice and large, I have slightly larger than average-sized hands and I can fit three fingers in the loop. It's a little difficult to hold without the handle, since it's tapered, but putting a pinky underneath the bottom makes it totally fine. Again, this should just be expected based on its shape though.Five stars overall, because the quality is great and it feels durable. One star off for sturdiness because the handle is quite skinny and juts out, which makes me worry about breakage in the future.

Great mug, great seller
It arrived surprisingly fast and I was very, very pleased with the quality of the mug. I wasn't sure if it would be cheap glass or "sciencey-type" glass, but this sure doesn't feel like cheap glass. I haven't dropped it (yet) but I think it /might/ be able to survive a drop on carpet. It works GREAT for my tea. For the people who are like me and can't understand volumes very well, this mug can hold enough water for two tea bags worth of tea. It can last me four hours at work if I'm not chugging it.Would recommend!

Fun gift for science nerds
My daughter's very interested in biology, she loves it and always seems amused when she uses it. The narrow top has resulted in no spills; the wide base is stable so even when she reaches for it absently it doesn't tip over. It does have to be hand-washed, and the narrow top makes it challenging to clean but have been able to thus far. It is not heavy to hold, carry, nor awkward to drink from.

Good mug, rather cheaply made.
Nice mug. Very stable. A little too closed at the brim, meaning one has to turn it almost upside down to sip the last drops. Also, it’s practically impossible to hold it by the sides because it’s too conical.Mine came with a grain of sand baked into the upper part of the handle, which annoyingly was getting under the thumb. I managed to carve it out with a knife, and now there is a small cavern, which is still better than it was before.

I'm a science teacher!
This mug is amazing! I am impressed with how long it keeps my tea hot! It is still hot/very warm nearly an hour after steeping! The handle is good and roomy and the size/capacity is perfect! My fellow science teachers have all gone on to order one as well. We LOVE this mug!

Great nerd-level mug
This was my second one. The shape is ideal for those that fear spills but can’t seem to live without coffee (or any drink) while near expensive computer equipment. Also, the measurement scale printed on the mug are accurate enough to appeal to the need to track intake. They are sturdy enough to endure some abuse, but they are glass, so they don’t stand a chance against a collision with stone countertops (this is a scientific fact, tested and confirmed).

Very thin glass
I liked the shape, and it did fine holding boiling hot water a number of times, but the glass is paper-thin and I managed to break it within a few weeks of owning it.
