How can you tell if you are getting an authentic product before you buy? With people being paid for reviews and 20 plus companies offering the same.

I can guarantee you I was not paid for a review. I've purchased this conditioner straight from the Paul Mitchell Salon in the past and paid top dollar for it. Like you, I was a bit skeptical. Upon arrival, I did the sniff/smell test. Passed. I have now been using it for a few months and can tell no difference between the one I purchased at the salon, well, except the price. I recommend it, love it and will be purchasing again from this seller.

i just bought this product keratin intensive treatment will it be more effective if i sit under a hair dryer?

This product is amazing wether you leave your hair wet or if you use a hair dryer. You'll notice a difference either way but you will get noticeable differences between the two options. I like to apply it when my hair is wet then use the dryer just long enough to heat up my hair but then let it dry by itself. Good luck!

Can you use on air- dried hair, or do you need to use a heat styling tool to dry?

I use it Aas a conditioner after I wash my hair. I then blow dry my hair. It’s has been my go to conditioner for years!
