Easy to blow up. Have had for almost 2 years and is still holding air with no leaks.

46" huh? Not even close! In the first photo, with the big pink balloon beside it, is this beachball filled until the skin was tight as a drum, even overfilled a bit. The balloon on the left, is a 24" Amscan hot pink, made in Malaysia. They over inflate to about 30" and that's a lot for a balloon 'rated' 24".In the second photo, is a clear Party Woo 36" round balloon. They aren't as good as some of the other sellers here on Amazon, but they can still be inflated to 40" easily without fear of it popping. Which is how full I filled it. Notice it's BIGGER than the supposedly 46inch beachball?No camera tricks, just two products side by side. And what's worse, when I tried to fill the beachball more, a seam gave out! How's that for quality?Don't waste your money! Until these companies feel the pain in their checkbooks, they won't change their advertising strategy.Is it a big beachball? Compared to the offering in Dollar stores, yes. But does it fill up as big as the package says? No.

I paid close attention to the size on all of the beach balls that I looked at and still, this one disappointed me. It is not the size as advertised! I missed the return date

They're pretty durable. I've been using them as stuffing in a costume and people have sat on it and stepped on it. The plug isn't so great though. It's tiny, so it's hard to fit an air pump nib into it, and inflating it yourself would be very difficult. Also the plug has a habit of slipping out and deflating the ball, but that may be because I've stretched it so much trying to get my air pump to fit.

The diameter is not 36 inches. This is the measurement of the uninflated ball measured flat, which is roughly half of the circumference. The diameter is closer to about 23 inches.I knocked off 2 stars due to the falsely advertised size. I purchased 2 sizes of beach balls and neither of them measured the diameter as advertised. I'm frustrated that manufacturers and/or marketing people who write these specs clearly don't understand the basic math behind measuring a sphere. Diameter equals circumference divided by pi. That's not hard.I left 3 stars because the ball is a good quality. Once inflated, it's a near perfect sphere to the naked eye. Many beach balls inflate as wonky oblong balls. The vinyl feels sturdy, but I can't attest to how well it would hold up to active play. I'll be returning mine.
