My wife forgot her watch charger when we went on holiday. Fortunately we were in the UK and had this delivered to the place we were staying. It fits my wife's Huawei Watch Fit 2 and is just as good as the original charger, it charged the watch just as quickly with no problems. The magnetic clasp system works as your expect. This will be a great spare charger, I think I'll just leave it in it suitcase
