Really nicely built but will not emulate an epson TMU 220. Had to return it.

It's not brand new and in the product description doesn't mention that it's USED! There is no manual or instructions inside the package! There is only one power cable which was bent! There's no brand name or tag information on the product! The pieces of metal under the printer and inside where you feed the paper are rusted and you can see scratches everywhere! After all these, the printer is NOT working! even if it works it's not worthed for the price, you can buy brand new. So disappointing! Will return it.

Excellent printer, we never turn it off. Prints all day.

I got this printer a few times for our restaurants which runs maitre d. It works as needed, the dip switches come in handy to turn off the low roll indicator because across 3 of these I bought the low roll indicator doesn't work right on any of them. Once it stated low roll it stops printing all together and won't finish the last bit of the roll. Turning off the warning easily fixed the issue. It would still be nice if the feature were to work properly, but it is what it is.
