This stuff is really helpful. Soluble fiber keeps things soft, but insoluble fiber makes things happen.

This is my second purchase. When you put it in water and let it dissolve, its taste does indeed resemble chalk. But for me, its effect is much better than that of psyllium husk. I am extremely satisfied.

Regularity. Thats what it is for and does it very well. Takes about 12 -36 hours for it move through the digestive track depending upon how fast your digestion is. It help eliminate any existing bloat or cramps as it moves through the intestines. I feel that it almost scrubs off the inner walls of the gunk and removes from the system. If you eat a lot of dairy (cheese, mild, yogurt etc), or too much sugary products, then you may have noticed that the next day bowels are not emptied well. But if you take 2 doses of this supplement, you will feel your system cleaned out. There is no discomfort. Tasteless and easy to take. Mix vigorously with cool water and drink it down. Easy. It also gives me a full feeling in stomach so that I do not eat too much.

This product does what I needed it to do. Keep me regular. The texture is the only thing displeasing about this, which I only notice when drinking it in a glass of water. Helps to drink it with a straw. Other drinks I don't notice it as much. Good buy if you suffer from constipation and if you're not regular. I would stay away from this if you are pretty regular or have normally more watery stools.

This wonderful product has cut down on the symptoms and is helping my conditions without medication. It is just methylcellulose powder. Nothing else. Dissolves in water well, easy to swallow.
