Mine arrived with only 3 colors (blue, red, and yellow). It's ugly. It doesn't have the gorgeous color fades in the photos, with no green and no orange. I put it in the yard anyway and after 3 months the "bottom" fan, red/blue, is losing almost all the paint. Look at the pics. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. Easy assembly (though included wrench did not fit most of the bolts - not a big deal).Spins very freely and a light breeze will see both wheels spinning. Paint is attractive and looks as shown.Light tends to be a bright dot in the yard more than something that throws a glow. Again - not a big deal.Will no doubt be buying more of these.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this for my dad's birthday. He is an electrical engineer and loves anything he can get his hands on and built/tinker with. He's VERY VERY particular about craftsmanship and materials and he said the pieces were quality and well-built. He built it immediately and it's sitting outside his home office.We live in the Midwest and this seems to spin even with a small breeze. He did mention that he greased/oiled the pieces (wd40 maybe?) as he put it together for ease of spinning.

I've run into the same problem that a number of others have commented on here, this is a very nice product that's really let down by the very poor quality of the manufacturing. Some of the issues I've found:- The support pole couldn't be assembled because the connecting bolts were the wrong size and wouldn't bite into the insides of the pole. I fixed this with silicone filler inside the pole to give the bolts something to bite into.- One of the leaves had a badly bent base so it couldn't be bolted onto the round spinner part. I fixed this by clamping it in a vise and using a metal block to flatten it out.- There were extra parts included in the mounting hardware (not really a problem, but others have reported missing parts, which is a lot worse).- The welding quality is pretty poor, with things tacked on at strange angles, e.g. the light portion is about 15 degrees out of plumb.- The inner petals won't spin at all, even in wind strong enough to blow washing off the line. The cause seems to be that the metal disc that the petals are bolted to is badly warped, not at all flat, so you can manually turn it by hand but even a strong wind isn't sufficient to turn it by itself. This is something I can't fix easily, I've written to Bits and Pieces to try and get a replacement.What a pain! I've now spent much more than the purchase price fixing this thing up. It's a lovely ornament, but I'd rather have paid a bit more and got something that wasn't so laden with manufacturing defects.Update: Review upgraded to four stars, I contacted Bits and Pieces and they issued an immediate refund. That's really good customer service.

I loved this when I first received and installed it at my Arizona home. Unfortunately it is not holding up to our weather. After less then a year, large portions of the paint are coming off leaving a dull gray color. What a shame.

I mounted this on an old Fiberglas windsurfing mast along with a banner to dress up a garden area. There was an issue with the globe light and I contacted the seller. Within a week I had a replacement globe and a couple of emails from the seller keeping me posted of the status of the replacement. Good job guys! The wind sculpture spins in even gentle winds and not so fast that you don't see it. It has a nice steady speed in low or high winds. The globe could maybe be a bit brighter but it does look nice and has a nice array of colors. It is of good quality and the bearings turn smoothly. All in all very pleased with our purchase- Thanks

This wind spinner is fabulous to watch and for the price, a great & colorful, spinner that catches the eyes of anybody who is in or looks into my yard. I have three spinners and this is easily my favorite. I've gotten nothing but great comments from all of my neighbors who can see it, they all love it. The solar multi color ball lights up at dusk, brighter than one would expect from a simple led setup, is very colorful, easy to see from anywhere in the yard or sun porch and lasts well into the wee hours. I'm a night owl and haven't ever seen it go out until sunrise. Others who own it might not have that experience, but I do. I would suggest, if you have the right kind of charger, to charge the battery fully before using it the first time. That may be why I have never seen it go out during the late hours. The only improvement I could see would be for the manufacturer to add another stability peg to more firmly plant it in the soil, however I did have a VERY strong, windy day and the spinner held it's ground and spun like crazy. I sit in my sun porch and get caught up and somewhat mesmerized by it. I have found it very relaxing to watch while spending time in my sun porch or yard. The shipping was quick and very well packaged, all parts reasonably protected from bending and necessary attachment parts all accounted for. A excellent buy for the price and it's quality! And...I don't work for the manufacturer, just a retired chap who enjoys relaxing in his yard and sun porch....

I bought one of these spinners for my wife and on receiving the parcel we found that the globe was broken where it fits into the top so returned this and obtained a full refund. I then ordered another which came a short while ago. This was was complete and I put it together and its in our garden, however, the smaller inner spinner just does not rotate. I have tried adjusting it but it is too stiff to spin. I have now looked at the feedback and wish I had looked prior to buying. There are a number of people who have experienced a similar problem and I think this is a quality control issue as not everyone has had this. It is quite expensive at £70 and I will not be buying another. I have had no feedback to the problem from the supplier.

I was really looking forward to recieving this item and I am disappointed it does not meet my expectations. The item is very top heavy on a very thin pole, even when in the ground this item wobbles, the post is the same size of other spinners I have a third of the size of this item, so I believe the manufacturers are penny pinching. This item requires a wider and stirdier stand than the one that is currently supplied which is useless. Due to poor manufacturing, the spinner does not rotate freely and to be honest this spinner is not as eye catching as you think it will be, even when dark and the solar light is on it remains unimpressive. I believe there are better quality products on the market and cheaper. I would NOT advise others to purchase this particular item.

This is a beautiful mobile in the garden. Unfortunately the first one I bought had a very stiff bearing that meant only one of the petal rings rotated. I tried slackening and adjusting it for a few days but to no avail. It was still attractive but obviously less than it should have been. I just wanted to return the faulty part but had to buy it again (I didn't have all the box packing) to return the whole thing. The spare would have fitted comfortably in a small padded envelope but the whole box is more than a metre long; what a waste of postage costs.Definitely worth having, I may have had a poor one off, but the quality control could be suspect.

light does not change colour and the smaller petal ring does not go round as the washer is twisted! contacted the seller who was no help what so ever

Item arrived faulty. Contacted the seller but have had no reply. The on off switch was missing and only the red light worked on the globe. Overpriced for what it is.
