Lynch Turkey Box Call Chalk

I'm honestly not sure if there is a difference between turkey call chalk and sidewalk chalk. I like my lynch call so for a couple extra bucks I decided to purchase the name brand chalk. The little carved turkey on the top came broken. The packing isn't enough to protect it well. The chalk works well. My call is rejuvenated.

Necessary for box calls because eventually the chalk wears out and it needs chalk to get the good soundMy caulk ran dry on a multi day trip and I thought the box call broke. I wish I was more prepared

This is some decent chalk but is very old to the point where the plastics have turned yellowish.
