The placement of the strap makes the box tip forward and flip upside down. They need to move the strap away from the net pocket about an inch and a half to keep the product straight and level when carrying by the long strap. All the different compartments are wonderful. The zippers get stuck occasionally because the lining inside is so thick. You have to push it out of the way until it breaks in and becomes softer. I will buy again if they move the handle to keep it from flipping.

It's the perfect size for me. The only thing i wish they would change is the carrying straps. Both should be on the bottom on the sides. The top handles are above the zipper which puts stress on the zipper.

I was looking for something that was not too "girly" for my husband to take to work and something that was big enough to take a lunch and snacks. Well this is the one. It has a lot of space, is durable and has extra pockets to hold his personal belongings. He loves it so much so that when our dog decided to take a munch on something and picked the lunch box, that is the one that he wanted. So I would say that it lives up to the hype.

The bag is not made from the highest quality materials but for the price it is almost everything I was looking for. It has plenty of room, space to keep heavy things separate from the rest and room to make some compartments cold while others that do not need it are not cold. My one issue is that the insulation is not great so I have to add another ice pack, there is room so no problem buy it does add weight. One ice pack ends the day warm but two are still cold at the end of the day.

PSA: Holds 20 cans of beer. That’s not what I got this for, but that’s how much it holds. I got this for work. I work 12s and it keeps my food warm and my drinks cold at the same time. Very spacious and very good quality.

I over use mine. has lots of space for the extras if using as a lunchbox, med kit, charger and marker holder. Use the main pouch to keep things cold with an ice pack and the side pockets for extra drinks.

This is very roomy and can fit two bento boxes. My son loves it for his kids.
