These are hands down the most comfortable mountain bike shoe I’ve ever worn.

Fit is good and the shoes are comfortable.
The insole is a thin flat piece of foam, I guess if your foot is perfectly flat no problem. I need some arch support so I replaced with a insole and after the first ride all is well. Time will tell if they hold up. I am a size 10 and bought 44.

Terrible durability
Got these shoes as a gift just over a year ago. I’ve got about 310 miles on them and the rubber on the soles is completely falling apart. You can see just the hard plastic material under the rubber is fully exposed. These shoes are comfortable and pretty light which is what attracted me to them and the BOA closure is great. But these shoes are not durable whatsoever. I would look elsewhere if that matters to you.
