Not what I expected, but excellent.
I was actually looking for those typical light green, crinkly, thin jalapenos like you get on an Olive Garden salad or with a Papa John's pizza. These look like fresh jalapenos, they are thick and full of flavor. I guess I would call them "home style." Totally different than what I was looking for, but pleasantly surprised. I am thoroughly enjoying them.

Very tasty
The one can that made it to me unscathed out of the twelve was very good (and hot). I personally prefer the carrots be cooked instead of crunchy, but I didn't buy them for the carrots. Amazon did refund me for the shipping damage so I can't complain about their responsiveness. I'll just order them again, as these were delicious.

The most incredible chicken marinade
I put a bunch of tiny organic boneless skinless chicken thighs in a gallon baggie and dump an entire can in with them. Cook at 375 in my convection oven for 25-30 minutes. So good I ate way more than I should have. You can just dump the actual peppers or include them when cooking. If you don't include them, the chicken is not spicy at all, just super delicious.

does not bite like a pickle (no crunch)
jalapenos were a lot softer then what I want.

Damaged in shipping.
Arrived damaged but unopened. Put in large box with another small item but no packing Cans were dented but still used open-able. But love the peppers so will try again when they are gone.
