Bought as a Xmas present for my mother. It came... brown underneath the diamond not even in the middle and the outside petals wiltered! (Maybe why its on offer, I don't know, but didn't state this)Seller replied with pics and said the brown is normal, which which fair enough, but what about the wiltered petals?!! ... no reply.Next day I messaged again... said would get back to me when spoken to someone higher and to see if can send replacement.No rush to reply back and time ticking for Xmas. Needed this item by 24th Dec!!!!, so in the meantime I contacted amazon customer service, who sorted this and refunded me straight away, for a rubbish product and customer service from the seller.Please be aware. Really annoyed and upset, as it would of been a lovely gift and i potentially wanted to order 2 more.

Product arrived today (valentine's Day), intended as a gift, not only is it darker than advertised, the gem is smaller than shown and already dropping petals disappointed is an understatement, I went and got a real rose instead, at least it hasn't dropped any petals as soon as this did. Don't waste you money and embarrassing yourself with this disappointment in a box.

This was advertised as lasting a year. Brought as a Christmas gift two weeks before and the petals started to wither and yellow in colour. Return for a refund as this would have been a very poor gift for someone to open on Christmas Day.

The Rose is already gone. This may Last a few days. Box was broken too. How can you advertise last a year to 3 years . I bet if it’s sent back no difference so disappointed as it was for a gift and was so embarrassing when my friend Opened itNot what it says on description . Ive been ripped off so disappointed.

The flower was lovelyand nice colourHowever I bought this as a present and it failed extra stars and expectationsI opted for the £25.50 flower which included the diamanté!If I had known it would come without this then I would of chosen the £23.50 one!I think the diamanté set the flower off as the flower was small to start withI am disappointedI won’t be getting from eternal flowers again

Im unable to leave a review of the actual product because it was send direct to recipient as a Christmas gift, but ive purchased other eternal petals before and so I'm assured at the quality, hence why I was comfortable enough to send one without seeing it. I just can't justify buying myself one though lol

Disappointed with the ‘luxury gift box’. More like second hand that someone has already returned. Letters are worn off and looks like stickers have been removed and the glue underneath has marked the plastic. Rose is pretty but the stone is tiny and is pushed in so far you can barely see it. Not what I was expecting when you look on the website!

Petals have fallen off already and it's only just arrived, the smell of it is over powering and nothing like an original rose. Gem is also tiny. Not worth the cost
