I am a Naturalist and I can say that this product is one of the best gadgets I own. I it yesterday as a Birthday gift and I can say that this product is amazing. The image quality is great, the scope's range is brilliant, the clarity is mind-boggling. I am a birder as well as an over all naturalist and do a lot of Citizen Science work and this is just what the doctor ordered. The only minor things I might knitpick on is the eye piece can be a bit tricky to line up with a phone but it all comes in practice to get it going for you. I had to use superglue to hold the rubber parts of the phone holder on but other than that a fantastic product. Light weight but that is a good thing in my line of work. Not as bulky as some. If you are on a budget and don't want to spend a fortune this is the way to go. This is a good product and blew my mind when I took it out of the box and began to use it. Can fit any tripod with. I used it with my tripod that I have for my photography and just love how it handles. The image adjustment may be a snag for some but focus is not much of an issue. This is a great tool for all types and all ages. This is such a wonderful product. All around one of the best naturalist products I have in my gear arsenal.

I tried to watch the moon with the scope and the view was pretty decent. Just takes some time to get used to finding the right angle and view. Granted it was night time and I was trying to spot the moon from indoor, behind windows :-) Took it to range for target practice during day time and it served the purpose well. I was clearly able to verify the shots. Still have not tried using it with phone adapter. That would be challenging but I will see if I can leverage that and record some stuff as well. Overall definitely worth every penny.

Had this for a year and am very happy. Is it the best scope made? Of course not, but it adds another viewing option to my high powered binoculars. Great value for the optics. The camera attachent is a form of torture, ignore it to keep your sanity.

I wanted a high power scope, better than my very good quality 10x50 binoculars. I bought some high powered binoculars, purporting to have 20 x magnification and they were useless with much less power than my existing binoculars. So, then I did some research and came up with the idea of a spotting scope. I did a fair bit of resrach before picking these Sybony ones and, to be honest, was not expecting the manufacturers claims to be fulfilled. But, they were and this scope is very good. The only thing is that it comes with a table top tripod, which is near to useless, so i bought a full size tripod and this works very well with the Sybony spotting scope, so I'm very happy with the outcome.

There is no eye relief and the phone mount is a little difficult to use because you have to put in so much adjustment. The product itself is t bad. It zooms fine but it’s difficult to stay focused on your target at any magnification. The color quality was alright but could’ve been better. The clarity was tough to get to and achieve. The protective cups come off almost too easily. Other than that it’s a great product for the money. It’s probably what you’d get out of a 200 dollar spotting scope. I am happy overall.

The optic is pretty decent, the coating looks beautiful, the image quality is very good in my mind at this price range. The build quality can be better though, it has plastic housing, which is a draw back. But given the price it is, I probably can not complain much.

Buena presentación y aceptable funcionamiento en sus partes móviles. Aunque está bien construido y presentado, desconcierta por lo liviano y plástico. Uno esperaría un mayor peso, considerando los lentes y el largo y diámetro del tubo (Esto es algo bueno para quien lo tiene que llevar en su mochila). Funciona adecuadamente en todo el rango de acercamientos (con buena nitidez para un zoom, recordando que son mejores en este aspecto los aumentos fijos) y como es obvio, presenta aberraciones cromáticas, sobre todo en la parte alta del zoom, pero la verdad no son excesivas.

The scope is decent for the price. The phone adapter is not close to big enough to fit on the eyepiece, so essentially useless. The tripod is very shaky and unstable. When you try to lock in the height, it doesn't lock in place, you need to adjust it to be higher than expected.

Great spotting scope for targets that are far.
