Still the best carb powder I've used, and I use many as a bodybuilder and ultrarunner. I use this to carb up for the stage, keep carbed during a long run, or even keep my energy up when my stomach is sick. It digests really well, and mixes really well, even when stacked with preworkout, electrolyte, bcaa's, etc.

Just be careful if you feel some "gas" coming on after ingesting this stuff because there's a good chance that it's not gas. This stuff is engineered to digest quickly, & give you fast, sustained , energy...nobody ever said it will do it gracefully...but it tastes good & gets the job done - will buy again!
