This tincture is excellent, very effective. I noticed that I don't have to take nearly the suggested dosage, however - a clear sign the plants used are of very high quality (& the method followed was precise & well executed). I've found with this remedy (& others from Urban Moonshine), I can take a few drops - almost as one would take a flower essence or a homeopathic remedy - and see immediate results. Throughout the day, take lower more regular doses & if needed, before sleep increase the dosage. An excellent company and a very smart, useful formula - especially or women.

LOVE this tonic for when I'm getting grumpy especially at work, I also get my coworkers to take it when they are grumpy. I take less than the recommended dose in whatever water or sparkling water I'm drinking. I usually put it in less then 1 cup so i dont have to taste it for more than a few drinks. Love how it works, makes me happy, and fun but I can still be snarky and stern when needed at work. Highly recommend

I bought the product because it has Mother wort, and lemon balm-all organic, that I use for my hyperthyroidism. I don't take as much as is recommended. I would have been out of the product in a week if I'd done that, but I take 2 droppers full each morning. However, when i received the product, I took it in the evening and found that I slept very well for the first time in a while. And I love a part of the directions: "Mindfully let go of tension, making room for love and gratitude." nice.

I used the Joy Tonic as an herbal supplement during a time of mild depression. It's hard to say for sure, because I was also making diet changes, but I feel like it helped me in the initial months. I'd definitely recommend it for anxiety or depression, but work with a health professional, because some of these products may interact with medicine you may already be taking. It is gluten free, but has a 45-50% alcohol level. I took 2.5mL 2-3 times a day for a couple months; now I'm transitioning to another product and only using it PRN.

Bought this for my husband who has some anxiety problems, was hoping it would help, but he didn't like how bad it BURNED going down..its very strong...not a fan!

This was recommended to me by my therapist to help with some of my generalized anxiety. I told her that I was looking for a more holistic approach for dealing with anxiety. We tried a little in her office, not nearly the recommended amount on the bottle, which is 5 droppers full and I did notice a little benefit. I placed my order that day and mixed the full suggested amount with a little water. To my surprise, it caused me some great stomach upset and heartburn. So much so that I can't even tell you if it helped my anxiety. I have tweaked the dosing a bit but I haven't found much benefit from it, especially for the price.

It’s Like taking a diluted shot of whiskey. This is a very good thing. Calms the nerves and the physical affects of anxiety. Take it according to instructions though. If you take too much at once, you’ll feel loopy, and that feeling may scare you (like it did me) and cause more anxiety. Or maybe you’ll like feely loopy. Tastes like dirt and bourbon. Slightly Similar affect when you take the max dose. This stuff really helps me with my GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)
