I feel level blood sugar taking it, and it prevents post meal spikes and crashes. I also noticed if I don't eat many carbs I'll actually get a little hypoglycemic, so I won't take it on those rare days - I mean good carbs, not junk.Surprisingly, my libido skyrockets whenever I take it - the clove in it is powerful.

Terrific for blood glucose control
This really works. It gets your blood glucose down. Highly recommended. I stopped my diabetic medication with keto diet and use this occasionally as a backup when i take a break from keto diet (cycling) and indulge on carbs once every other weekend
