I've ordered this product 4 times now. I got it to help with gastro issues, including reflux and sore throat. At first, I didn't like the taste, but it didn't take long before I began to enjoy it. I do think it helps soothe my throat and sore esophagus. I look forward to taking it in the morning and at night. It's become a staple in my home. I think it also helps keep me regular. It's easy to swallow and, although it's a bit hard to describe, has a pleasant smell. I've never received bottles out of date or nearing expiration. This was something I was a bit concerned about when reading reviews; however, I took a chance and I'm satisfied. It seems to be great quality, and I appreciate the completely non-toxic, organic ingredients without any toxic and/or modified ingredients added. I recommend trying it!

Difference noted the first week. The taste is awful (you need to know that) and I did see where there are flavors but I chose the unflavored variety. Also: this will probably subtly ’wake up’ your bowel/intestinal function ultimately making it healthier. That result may/may not have been intended or expected but it should be recognized with this product. Im waiting for a more thorough review which I will post later. Meanwhile, I’m just going to note any changes or differences in the ‘before’ vs the ‘after’. I’ll post back in 6 months. If you are considering taking this product do a thorough search for the main active ingredient (acemannon) and the manufacturing process that produces the best results (bottling within12 hours of harvesting). Edit: I've chatted with AloeCure and they have refunded me surprisingly enough. I'm bumping up my review because of that and the product is good when it is fresh. They said what I described sounded like a "normal, natural variation in color and taste that can occur from harvest to harvest". This may be the case, but seems odd to me because the batch I got before was really good, and I can't stomach this batch. Anyway, going to wait another month and order again - see what batch I get. Original review: I've ordered this item before and it's pretty good when fresh. I think it helps with digestion and maintaining good acid levels. However, I ordered a batch of 4 and they all came spoiled. The expiration date is 1 year from now (10/08/2026) so not sure why. I still have a little bit left of my last order and it is still good. I attached a picture of bad vs good. The bad one is on the left - its more of an amber color, and the good one on the right. I'm a little nervous to order more since I can't return it and its a bit on the pricey side. I might give it a shot in a few months. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it is actually good when it comes fresh.

This is a great product for my occasional reflux and heart burn. It is a light watery liquid slightly lemony, and easy to get down.
