i have taken a few so called tablets like these in the past and nothing if anything i have put more weight on however started taking these three tablets every time i woke up on an empty stomach with a glass of water and now in four weeks i have lost 3 kilos it is slow but i have not put any back on .I cannot excise though ill health i do have a job in a warehouse where i am moving around, and i do find it hard to lose weight even trying to eat healthier and working nights doesn't help .But these have given me hope .I don't general write reviews but i felt i had to with these i have bought i bigger packet this time and i have hope now i will lose more weight .my advise is get the smaller amount first and see if they work for you what do you have to lose hopefully like me kilos lol lol lol

Has anyone noticed the new batch are coming more strong?? I've been taking this for more than 3 months and bought a packet with 180 pills.. I took for 3 days but had to stop because started to feel some type of way not good..I guess what people call the "jitters" took 3 pills like I always do but this time they seemed very very strong. I don't understand why i cannot take 3 if that's what i used to take and my body is used to it. I think this batch is more stronger. Is anyone else feeling the same??Such a shame because i actually liked this pills. They used to be good to control the weight and even lose some more 💔

I had been taking for 4 days now.. I am sensitive to caffeine so...1st day took 1.. 2nd day took 2.. now I am taking 3 a day.. they have not made me hyper, so that is a very good thing.. But... Maybe it is just me, they have quelled my appetite somewhat..I am taking these with an ACV too... So with some luck and lots of time, one might look like Kate Moss!!!

Been taking these since the 1st of January to kick start my fitness journey and they really did help with the stubborn belly fat. I ran out and didn’t take them for 2 weeks and I really did see the difference from not taking them. I am now back on them and again seeing the fat disappearing, I work out 4 times a week just weights and Pilates and feeling and looking better than ever . Definitely a product I would recommend and the price is fab 👌

Being sceptical thought I would try them when on offer. Noticed I was losing 1/2 to 1lb a week without knowingly changing my diet or eating habits. When they ran out thought I would leave it for a month to see if any effect and, I started to put the odd 1lb back on. Have now bought a larger supply and hoping to see the odd 1lb drop off here and there again.Easy to swallow even without liquid (but one at a time) and tasteless. No side affects that I have noticed.
