After being gifted with this moisturizer I was hooked and really loved how it made my skin look and feel. I knew it was expensive so I decided to purchase this product here but I am disappointed that I did so.It smells kind of like the original and feels kind of like the original but truly it seems like they took the product originally and watered it down because the viscosity is much weaker than my bottle from Shiseido. I decided to use it anyway and not return it because of the headache but I will not buy it from the seller again.

I received this item and saw all kinds of red flags. The box was old and worn out around the edges quite significantly. There was also no manufacturer unique ID stamped anywhere. The product was so sticky on my face all day long. I didn't know how the product was supposed to be feel as serums are sometimes sticky. I was worried enough because I didn't want to slather some fake product on my face. When return was not allowed, I broke down and ordered one from Shiseido directly and I was able to compare between the two products. I don't think this item from Amazon is completely "fake" as in somebody put some gooey liquid in a bottle, but it is very old, probably way past its expiration date and toxic, and that's why it's so much cheaper. The real serum from Shiseido is semi-clear (not as dull and opaque like from Amazon), and was not as sticky. $88 bucks out the window, just like that. Real disappointing about decreasing quality of seller on Amazon. I find that my trust level is getting lower and lower.

worth the price - very concentrated. Have used for many years. My 73 year old skin does not look its age.

I have this product, but Im not really sure that it helps in anyway. I do use it, however I noticed no difference. The smell is lovely, and the texture is nice as well.
