amazing chair for the price
I felt obligated to write a review since literally none of the reviews here were helpful / had pictures. So, firstly - this chair is hard to build if you havenโt built something like this before, and the instructions are a little confusing, so be warned. The wheels do not just โpop inโ; I spent maybe 30 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong before someone came to help me and they decided to hammer in the wheels. WITH THAT BEING SAID - this chair is amazing for the price. Itโs comfortable (not SUPER comfortable but I went from sitting on a wood-and-metal accent chair for a year to this so obviously this feels amazing to me) and offers great back support! Plus itโs bright neon pink - I thought the colors would end up being duller than the picture but I was very wrong. Iโm happy to say that the pink chair looks EXACTLY the same as the stock photo. It also has adjustable height and tilts back, if youโre interested in that. The only real downside is that the white plastic gets scratched / nicked easily, but honestly for a cute hot pink $80 chair I can live with that. If anything changes Iโll update; I only just got this chair yesterday so I canโt be sure how long it will hold up.

The outstanding level of customer support
Bought this chair as a replacement for an old computer desk chair. During the assembly, which was very easy, I noticed one of the recessed nuts in the seat was missing. I notified the company and their response was immediate. A few days later I received a replacement seat. Unfortunately it did not work because there was a difference in the mounting holes for the armrests. I notified the company and again I received a replacement seat in a few days. Unfortunately this seat had the same problem with the armrests. I sent the company a number of pictures showing the original mounting of the armrests on the old seat and how the armrests could not be mounted to the new seat. Again, a few days later I received a new seat with new armrests. This solved the problem. I can only surmise that the seat mfg updated the original chair. At any rate NEO was very responsive and intent in solving the problem to my satisfaction. In my estimation NEO should be the standard for others to follow for customer support. By the way, the chair is very comfortable and for the the price it is a bargain.

Good Entry Level Gaming Chair.
2 years later and still works great. Was easy to setup. It goes down low and high up. Chair size is a bit small, but i still can sit in it comfortably. 4 Stars because the arm rest are a hard plastic but probably can be modded to have cushion for your arms and elbows.

Love
I was very excited to receive this chair until I started putting it together. I followed directions & got the wheels on (what I thought would be hard since I had read reviews but was the easiest-except to take the wheels back off). Then I went to do the rest & found out that the back support was cracked/broken (it didn't come in a very sturdy box so I'm thinkingit got damaged while being mailed). I wasn't happy & attempted to take the wheels off to send back but I couldn't. So after an hr of trying I gave up and put the dang chair together. With the back support being broke I am unsure how well this will work or how long so it's disappointing. I need a chair though desperately with my back issues and when I have to work from home. Update: They sent me another back support that wasn't damaged. It's a good chair & comfortable

Don't buy this chair, the base is not wide enough to support someone.
Do not buy this chair. Basically: The base is not wide enough to support someone sitting in the chair. I should have written this review when it happened the second time. The base of this chair is not wide enough and when you don't sit ALL THE WAY to the back the chair tips forward dumping you out on the floor. It tipped me out and onto the floor then it pinned my 8 year old against the desk pinning his chest down until he could get his footing. I expressed my safety concerns to the company and they emailed me back about being willing to work with me to fix the problem but that was all I heard from them, no options, no replacements, nothing. Tonight was the third time it flipped someone out of it and it happened to be my son again.

Not at all easy to assemble but otherwise OK
This chair was very difficult to put together and took much longer than it should have. It isn't a complicated assembly, just a few screws, but getting the arms to line up properly was a nightmare. It took two of us to push and pull the arms and hold them steady while a third person tried to set the screws and get them all the way in (an electric drill/screwdriver helps a lot). Very frustrating. Here's a good tip to avoid this. The instructions say to attach the arms to the backrest first, then to the seat. Reverse that! It turns out to be much easier when you attach to the seat first. If the arms are first on the backrest, there is so much pressure on them when aligning them to the seat that it is almost impossible to do. It's much better the other way 'round. The chair itself is modestly comfortable. The seat cushion is not very thick ... noticeably thinner than my other computer desk chairs. That said, it's decent enough but I wouldn't spend all day sitting on it. At first I thought it did not lean back, which is a feature I definitely wanted, but I noticed a knob underneath which, when turned, allowed the seatback to tilt or rock. You can control how much rocking is allowed using this knob, so that's fine. In the end, after the intense frustration assembling the thing, it's a decent chair which doesn't cost much. It certainly cannot match the more expensive office chairs in comfort and features, but it's suitable for average light use.

GREAT CHAIR, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!
Easy chair to put together. If others have found it difficult, they need to step away from the tool box (if they have one) and trust a professional to the job, or maybe even their neighbor's 10 year old kid. It's that easy to put together. The kit contains all the screws/washers necessary, pictures of where they go, and the Allen wrench necessary to do it. Assembly time for me was about 15-20 minutes from opening the box to having everything cleaned up and using the chair. The chair is very comfortable with firm, thick foam on the bottom and the mesh back is perfect for my back. The chair tilts comfortably and doesn't go so far back it risks tipping over. Of course swivel is pretty much standard and a given on this type of office chair. The arm rests are placed a little low for my taste, and they're not adjustable. It's really not a problem for me though since I'm at the keyboard most of the time and not resting my arms on the arm rests. Overall, I'm a 220 pound guy, and the chair fits me well and is very comfortable. The hydraulics work well on this so far and can be adjusted to any height for most people. Hopefully the hydraulics will stand the test of time, as that's been one of my biggest problem on budget chairs in the past. The tension on the tilting feature can also be adjusted. Even for my weight, it was adjusted perfectly from the factory though. The base of the chair has six legs, which I like much better than five. I'm using the chair on a tile floor with full half inch spacing between the tiles, so chairs with just five legs get caught in the ruts between tiles. But due to the fact it has six legs and dual large swiveling wheels on each leg, it moves over the ruts rather easily without getting hung up in them. Overall, my experience so far is that this is definitely a five star chair. And that's especially true for the price.

Don't Throw Away the Box!!!
I bought 11 of these wonderful chairs for my new office, very sturdy. The first two chairs took me a while to assemble, and I almost gave up on them. Putting in the wheels seems to be the hardest task because the wheels won't go in. After assembled two chairs, I realized that using the tool to scrape off the holes' edge makes it easier to put the wheels into the base. Putting the back piece with the seat was also a challenge until I re-read the instruction, which tells you to place the seat on the box when assembling the chair's back. This is quite genius, and it worked. Once the wheels and the back are assembled, the rest is easy. The chair is comfortable to sit on. By the way, the customer service is great. Two of the gas cylinders were damaged during shipping. I contacted customer services, and they immediately sent me replacement units. Great service.
