A $60 family edition, the $225 smokin’ cigars with your uncles edition, to this $325 plus $50 shipping board that, after falling in love with the game on those other piece of s*** boards, has given me a whole new understanding of game-board craftsmanship.Destroying my opponents on a precision hewn, pure hardwood board has awakened primal instincts I never even knew I had. And the discs come with a handy carrying case.Does this sound like an advertisement? Well, it is. From a guy in Wyoming who had, until 5 weeks ago, never heard of the game of crokinole. I googled a game called Klask, and I saw crokinole in the suggested videos, and here I am 5 weeks later. Hoping that some influential person sees this Amazon review and takes crokinole to the people, because the people deserve this game. This game is, in my opinion, among the best parlor games ever made, and you can fit it on your table at home. What’s better than that?The particular board that I bought, (Gray Rock Tournament Board by Jeremy Tracey at Crokinole Game Boards) is gorgeous and a blast to play on.
