The link says that you ordered "Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E Skin Care Cream 4 oz per Jar- Pack of 8". 8 jars x 4 oz a jar equals 32 ounces. Did you get 2 4 packs, or just one? Anyhow, if you think you didn't get what you ordered, you should contact the seller directly and/or Amazon.

Do i need to use sunscreen with this?

Yes. This product is only a moisturizer, not a sunscreen.
