What is the diameter of a filter if layed flat? I'm using one that is 6-3/4" dia. and it is too short in the basket to keep grounds out of the pot.

I used these for a couple of years. I ALWAYS had grounds in the pot! I tried less water. I tried less grounds. I bought a new coffee pot. FINALLY, I bought the Bunn brand filters which were a quarter inch taller and the problem of grounds in my coffee went away!

Please provide dimension of the filters including the base

Looks like the base measures 3 1/2 inches, 2 1/2 inches tall and around 5 3/4 or 6 inches at the top. This filter fits my Cuisinart Grind & brew nicely. Hope this helps.

Are these oxygen bleached?

No, they use a chlorine-free process.
