Adjustable, but not free-standing
This must be used in a locker or small cabinet. I purchased to use free-standing but there is some sway to it that makes it unwise to use.

Needs instructions
You need to snap the legs into place. As in pushing them down one at a time in each corner with it upside down. It then becomes more sturdy.

Not sturdy
This collapsed after after the first day in the locker. The part where the two parts slide together came apart and the shelf collapsed. :-(

After the third time it collapsed, I gave up and will be sending it back.
