We purchased 8 of these radios in 2024 and were impressed enough to purchase another 4 in 2025. They have held up far better than we expected. We use them daily in a busy dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, so they get dropped, bumped, and heavily used throughout the day. Despite the wear and tear, they've remained reliable and continue to perform well. The battery life has been solid, the sound quality is clear, and our staff appreciates how easy they are to use. We utilize them between two facilities located about 50 feet apart—one fully brick building and one brick/vinyl building—and have experienced no issues with communication between the buildings. The only downside for us was the included earpieces, which we didn't find particularly comfortable. However, there appear to be alternative earpiece options available for purchase. Overall, these have been a great value and have exceeded our expectations for durability and performance.

I bought these radios on a whim, and thought they probably aren't going to be as good as advertised. I was extremely surprised and very satisfied with the way these little radios work. With each radio coming with a speaker mic, and a separate charger for each radio which makes recharging each radio a lot faster. My first test was to see how well they would work in my home. We have a 2 story home with a basement. I went into the basement and had a conversation with my daughter over the radio, and she was on the 2nd floor. The next test convinced me that I am buying the 6 piece kit. I had to fly to Mississippi to help one of my children move, and we were going to be driving 3 different vehicles, and I thought it would save on our cellphones, and all 3 of us would hear the same conversation at the same time. I thought it would be a great test to see if they would work between vehicles on the trip up. The radios worked flawlessly. We were separated a couple of miles or more due to traffic sometimes, and we never lost contact. We traveled on flat & hilly terrain, and even got into some smaller mountains. The trip took us almost 10 hours, and we never had one go down on us. The battery life was great, and the audio was crystal clear. We came upon someone else using the same channel during the trip, and with 16 pre-programmed channels available, it wasn't an issue. When we got back we had to travel another 3 hours the following day and didn't get a chance to charge any of the radios but again, they worked great. We still never lost a radio to a dead battery, and it was priceless to have them when I had to back up a trailer with a car on it inside an apartment complex parking lot. I am going to order the larger kit as I stated before. I don't know how they will work for someone traveling in the woods or on a trail but they worked great for us. The radios also come with an operators manual that is well written, and explains how to use these gems. Don't let the lower price of these radio's scare you away. They work great!

We bought these for our kids to use while riding their bikes around the neighborhood and visiting friends. We wanted them to have a little more independence while still being able to stay in touch without giving them cell phones, and these have been a great solution. We've been using them regularly for several months, often multiple times a week. They get used whenever the kids head outside, whether they're riding bikes, playing with friends, or just spread out around the neighborhood. We live in a housing development without tall buildings, and we've had reliable communication at distances of about 1–2 miles, which has been more than enough for our needs. The audio is usually very clear and easy to understand. Every now and then we'll get a little interference, but it's not common, and we rarely hear any static. The rechargeable batteries have been a big plus. My kids have carried them around all day without running out of power, and we simply put them on the charging dock each night. I much prefer that over constantly replacing disposable batteries. They're simple enough that my kids figured them out quickly, and they haven't needed much help using them. The radios have 16 channels, include earpieces and a built-in flashlight, although we've mainly used them as standard walkie-talkies and haven't needed the extra features. They've definitely been dropped more than once, and they've continued working without any issues. One thing I didn't expect is that several of our kids' friends have the same radios, so they'll occasionally use them to check in with each other while they're out playing. If you're looking for a way to give your kids a little more freedom while still being able to communicate with them, I think these are a great option. They've worked well for our family, and I'd recommend them to other parents who aren't quite ready to give their younger kids a phone.

used these for a wedding this weekend and they worked out great and the range is pretty good. As expected the headset is cheap so you'll need to replace it at some point. very easy to use and the battery lasted for the duration of the event.

Very good quality! The instructions of use was super easy. The belt clips provided make it easy to transport them handsfree. With the first charge they have lasted a long while. They connect really easily and the range on them is pretty wide. Theres no static that gets picked up. It even comes with a function button that has a flashlight that strobes

Got this for my 9 year old son's birthday, and he is loving it! Works perfectly for when he's playing with his friends around the block, and it handles being dropped and being roughed with without breaking. Excellent radios!

These walkie talkies have worked out great for us. We mainly use them as an intercom system between our house and outdoor man cave, and the sound quality and range have been excellent. Communication comes through clear without issues, even from a good distance away. We also gave one to our neighbors for emergencies, and it picks up perfectly between the houses, which gives us extra peace of mind. The battery life has been solid, they were easy to set up, and they feel durable while still being lightweight. Overall, these have exceeded our expectations for both everyday convenience and emergency communication. Definitely a great value and highly recommended!

I waited to test these Pxton Walkie Talkies before reviewing them, and overall they perform far better than I expected for the price. Sound Quality & Range — 5/5 The sound quality is clear and comparable to more expensive models. My family and I were able to communicate from almost a mile away with no problem. After a mile, they could still hear me, but I couldn’t hear their replies. Still, the range is impressive. Battery Life — 5/5 We used these heavily and got close to 12 hours of use before the “battery low” voice alert came on. Excellent battery performance. Build Quality & Setup — 5/5 Despite being budget‑friendly, they look and feel like higher‑end walkie talkies. The build is solid, and setup was quick and easy. The Issue That Drops It to 3 Stars A few units randomly make a loud “frying pan” static noise even when they’re not being used. I contacted the manufacturer, who said it might be interference and suggested turning the devices off or switching channels. We tried both, but the noise still happens—especially at night. Having to power them off every night is frustrating. Final Thoughts These walkie talkies deliver excellent range, sound quality, battery life, and build quality for the price. If not for the persistent static noise on some units, this would easily be a 5‑star product. UPDATE: 5/9/2026 Following the manufacturer advice and trying out ALL the channel, that frying pan noise and the fact that random walkie talkie communication comes in our channel is annoying!
