How long does it take to get cold for the first time?

I noticed mine after an hour. Touched the inside and it was really cold!

How much energy does it cost to run it?

Not sure haven’t noticed a change in electric

Does a 12 beer bottle fit in the fridge or only cans fit?

16.9oz water bottles fit without the shelf in place. But beer bottles are taller, so they will not fit.

Does this fridge work with gas? Or is it just electrical?

Just electrical. It has an adapter for your car though if you want to use it on trips and has a heat setting to possibly keep small things warm.
