Stopped working after 3 days of usage ,, totally useless product

Amazing product and the customer service is amazing too when I had some issues and questions that needed resolving!

I was simply looking for a milk frother that can be charged with a USB C. This checks all the boxes. I have been using it for over a week now to froth my morning coffee and whisk some eggs (it has separate attachments for these actions). It has 2 speeds and they both work great. It came fully charged right out of the box and it has held that battery so far very well. The size is also perfect and sits very well in my hand. It certainly is portable as it can be charged with any USB C charger. Overall, it looks tiny but robust and gets the job well done. I would recommend not thinking much and just buying this.

Pros :Robust, powerful and no wobble.Cons :1. Switch is at the top instead of where your thumb would naturally rest. This becomes awkward to switch it on and off without splashing everywhere.2. That double whip locks lot of bits between the whisks and is really very hard to clean.3. The power is also a problem as it’s on or off and it’ll plaster whatever you are whisking everywhere.Note to designer : variable speed control and positioning the control in a natural location would have made this product 100%I naturally seem to go back to using my Ikea whisk which says a lot about its usability

This has been an amazing addition to my protein shake routine. It's so much faster and easier than either the shaker ball or my larger hand mixer. It also means I don't keep the hand mixer out on the counter all the time, which is great.The battery seems fine. It goes a long time between charging and appears to be holding up well.It's also more powerful than I'd expected, and the "boost" mode is definitely noticeable.The heads are easy to detach and clean, though I mainly use the whisk instead of the frother.While I don't expect it to last forever, I would definitely buy again.

UPDATE: The frother started losing power after a few months. I exercised my 2 year warranty and they sent me a brand new one that works great. I'm very happy with it.Works great. Froths up egg whites better than my previous one that died. This one feels better and more solid than the old one.Also, you get a 2 year warranty from the manufacturer in case it stops working. Customer service seems great. I got a personal (I think) note after applying for the warranty.
