What chemicals are used in lining the tins?

We all have to watch out where our food comes from and how and by whom it is processed. Pesasur follows the strictest production and quality standards established by European food standards. It has got both IFS and BRC certifications, which are only achieved by adhering to the strictest standards throughout production for food safety. It respects tradition and employs skilled local labour, most of them are women. It is also important to mention that with Pesasur: The fish must be peeled and processed manually, without the use of chemicals. The use of colourings or preservatives is prohibited.
