Sanelli Ambrogio Chosera 3,000 Grit Stone - with base

This whetstone is legit. Quick and easy to use, just add water. No soaking, not muddy, resists dishing. Pleasant feel on the knife. Has a very good balance of polish and bite for the knife edge, enough polish to de-burr with care and leaves enough bite on the knife to cut into tomato skins and other such objects which require a good edge. Only downside is that it needs to be air dried after every use but thats basically every whetstone aside from diamond plates. Is a bit expensive but well worth it in my opinion and i’m glad i got it (2 of them actually). Have heard of these cracking but thankfully i have not experienced this myself and hopefully with careful drying i will not.

Excelente pieza, llego en tiempo y forma sin ningún daño, pero estaría bien que la envolviean ya que puede llegar a dañarse en el transcurso de llegada, pero todo excelente 👌🏻

Una maravilla (siendo Naniwa tampoco es novedad...),lo más destacable para mi gusto es la característica 'splash&go', es decir, le echas agua sobre la superficie y listo para afilar!!! nada de esperar a tenerla 5 ó 10 minutos en remojo. Es muy rápida y con una plaquita de diamante se le hace slurry y aún es más rápida. ALGO MUY IMPORTANTE: fácil de aplanar con lija de agua sobre una superficie plana, cosa que no ocurre con piedras cerámicas de gran dureza. Y el grano garantizado! no como otras que se venden como jis 8000 y ni 5000. Trae piedra de limpieza y base. Me parece barata teniendo en cuenta la calidad.
