Where can i get extra safety teather strap. I have lost one somehow.

I got some from an army surplus store.

What size will this fit i am a large person about 6'3 330lbs i wear 4x shirts would this fit ?

I wouldn’t recommend this, I’m a 2x and it gave me problems. I used it once and threw it in my pile of more useless crap.

What are the maximum chest and waist sizes it fotss?

Im a big boy and I can wear it just fine. But for extra comfort,I just leave the strap that ties around the stomach loose.

would this work with a sony mirrorless camera?

Yes, it works with all DSLRs and sony mirrorless cameras
