Well, I wouldn't suggest popping one in your mouth... but ground up in chicken meatballs for a recipe that features them, the added flavor is sublime.

High-quality lemons are expertly preserved by this Moroccan producer. Very excellent product. It was a fabulous addition to the roasted chicken thighs and Casteltravano dish I made.

When the package is delivered with wet spots you know it's not good news. These preserved lemons arrived with serious leaking. When I got the bubble wrap etc off the jar was not sealed and all liquid inside had leaked out. This is a nonreturnable item, so I'm stuck. Won't be dealing with CASABLANCA MARKET again.

Lemon flavor to the extreme. I use these lemons when I make Loubia. They are wonderful. I am very happy with this product. I recently ordered 2 more bottles (they are glass). They were so well packed that there was no way that they would break.

Best preserved lemons I purchased in the USA. It is made for tagine. Almost as good as mine, when I get the time to do it.

Last time i bought these the lemons were a fresh bright yellow color, which is y i purchased them again. This time they look like they are old. Definitely a drop in quality.
