Great Laptop for Office Work
Bought this laptop for a new hire in our office. The laptop seems to be working great so far. I was able to get all necessary applications installed and ready to go without issues. The i7 and 16gb of RAM are perfect for almost any office tasks. The addition of 1TB of SSD storage was a huge plus as well.

Slow processing & trackpad broke shortly after 1-year warranty wore out
This computer has a nice big screen and I like the touch screen. However, it processes very slow even though I had a computer tech add processing power. Plus the trackpad stopped working two months after 1-year warranty ended. It's also quite heavy and speakers aren't very loud.

Computer was exactly as described and looks even better in person than the pictures show. Very sturdy build and sleek appearance. Thrilled with this purchase.

Received computer early. I can't activate Windows.
I cannot get windows to activate. I have tried entering the product key on the box and it doesn't work. The error I get states that a non licensed product is installed. I am going to return if I can't get any help. The only help is an hp website I haven't tried yet. The company or amazon should have a help number.

The 2020 HP Pavilion 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel i7-1165G7 16GB RAM 1TB SSD Intel Iris Xe Graphics computer is well worth the price and the setup was fast and simple.
